Booking some holiday off, the role has peaks and troughs and therefore important to take time away in those troughs so that you’re recharged for the peaks.

Wednesday nights are 5-aside – even at my age
Thursday nights will find me at pool – I play 8 ball pool in a district league
Weekends are family time spent predominately focused around rugby with my son, watching on Saturdays and with him playing on Sundays.
