Yes please! At the end of every project you will receive an email from us inviting you to leave feedback using our online form. We are really proud of the feedback that we receive from our customers, and our NPS score is currently 98 – this is considered to be ‘world class’.
Of course, if you’ve got a concern or an issue that you would like to raise, please don’t wait until your project is over – you can speak to your Procurement Account Manager, our Director Lorraine Ashover, or just call the office where one of the team will be happy to help.
