This month we are joined by Ben Willetts of Edurio. Ben has worked with Edurio as a Content and Insights Specialist for over a year and was part of the team that completed the analysis of their recent insightful Staff Retention by Role report as well as being the author of the report. He has worked in multiple education settings and specialist in educational leadership and policy.
This session is ideal for school leaders who are looking to develop ideas to improve and measure staff retention and is based on the analysis of data from their Staff Experience and Wellbeing Survey.
Within the session, we will look at the findings from the Staff Retention By Role report and use this to:
- unpick some patterns in school staff turnover;
- identify which staff members are most likely to resign
- explore some of the causes of turnover.
- examine the relationship between school life factors and staff members’ risk of resignation.
